An understanding of the material read is necessary for successful study and various tests, but to understand the text is not always easy. One of the effective ways is the SQ3R system, according to which it is necessary to evaluate, ask questions, read, retell and review what has been read (Survey, Question, Read Recall Review). You can also make notes to keep your brain active during reading. In many cases, other reading strategies help, such as finding new word meanings, time limits, and reading complex passages aloud. Through practice and patience, you will certainly improve your ability to understand the material you read.
